Cindy Neal has been in the irrigation industry her entire life. Cindy's dad, Chester I. Sutton,
founded a lawn sprinkler company in Dallas in 1954 and before his retirement held irrigation
license #40 in the State of Texas. The original company was called Hi-Spray and American Lawn Sprinkler Company and at the time the lawn sprinkler systems were in kit form.
Things have come a long way since that time. The family is now on the third generation
of irrigators in the Dallas area. Cindy has been full time in the irrigation business
since 1973. The irrigation/lawn sprinkler industry has seen many changes in the
last 55 years however, fundamentally, things have really changed very little.

certification, is a certified irrigation auditor and licensed Customer Service Inspector.
